OnePlus 9 Pro Specifications and Reviews

Introduction
OnePlus continues to find its place in the smartphone industry with the OnePlus 9 duo. The 9th and 9th Pro launches the OnePlus with a new partnership in the camera space - every major Chinese OEM has, after all. With new smartphones named "Hasselblad", does the OnePlus flagship finally have a camera experience without compromising? OnePlus uses the tag line "Your Good Gun" so we set our expectations high on camera performance.

OnePlus has entered into a three-year agreement to work with Hasselblad and the first phones to benefit from that are the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. In these calls, Hasselblad and OnePlus collaborated on balancing color processing and processing with the intention of customizing themselves in a unique Hasselblad style.

In this update, we will focus on the main features of these phones. The overall look of the OnePlus 9 Pro does not deviate far from its predecessors, but it does go back to a few building blocks that help improve the ergonomics of the phone. Focused camera settings are no longer available, and the 9 Pro now has standard camera placement in a rectangular setting.

The 9 Pro display uses new OnePlus display technology that promises to reduce panel usage by 50 percent. Saving is installed on the new LTPO aircraft on the AMOLED panel. This enables a new 'Smart 120Hz' feature that automatically adjusts the refresh rate all the way up to 1Hz when needed.

Consulting with the OnePlus 8T last year, the 9 Pro now plays the same dual-cell battery system with the included 65W charger, capable of fully recharging the 9 Pro battery for about half an hour but with improved charging software and lower battery resistance, they were able to provide instant charging immediately from apartment. OnePlus is also launching a fast Warp Wireless charger with 9 Pro output of 50W and we will be testing that as well.

Aside from screen size and adjustment, the main difference between the 9 and 9 Pro camera systems is the addition of a phone camera dedicated to the OnePlus 9 Pro. The main camera features an updated IMX789 Sony sensor that supports the focus of the omnidirectional Phade Detection auto and dual ISO, and the ultra-wide now gets a 50MP sensor and a new lens type to reduce lens distortion.

Video recording is enhanced to support 8K video in 30 frames, and 4K video at 120 fps. There’s also a new Nightscape Video 2.0 that promises better video that isn’t so light so we’re looking at the surrounding development of the camera system in 9 Pro.

We are excited to see how much image quality has improved on the 9 Pro camera trio (main, tele, wide) of this new Hasselblad partnership. We will also look at how the battery life will improve despite having the same 4,500 mAh capacity as before. The low-power display and Snapdragon 888 with an integrated Qualcomm X60 modem should help with this.
